The Street Fascists stick out like a sore thumb accompanied by three even sorer fingers!
They march into the space with their peaked caps, pressed brown jackets, exclamatory signposts and tightly trimmed moustaches; very quickly finding cause to explode with fury. The people, the environment, LITTER; all are a nauseating sight to the Fascists. Consumed with a narrow sense of propriety, they measure all they suspect is not quite right with the aid of their trusty measuring tapes. When things don’t conform to their regulations, as they so very often don’t, their anger cannot be physically contained. Life is what happens to these four men; men who seem destined for a coronary!
The appearance of the Street Fascists, the way they move through the space and interact with the environment creates an interesting spectacle. Their stern faces and angry overreaction provide great comedy for any spectator. The Street Fascists provide an entertaining distraction for audiences; a reminder not to take life quite so seriously.
