Jestival C.I.C is a Lincolnshire based Arts Organisation managed by Alex Flanagan and James Bastow. As a Community Interest Company Jestival's core aim is to benefit and enrich communities within the UK. Being a not for profit organisation the company is not established or conducted for private gain: any profits or assets are used principally for the benefit of communities.
Alex Flanagan: Director
Alex is an experienced Youth Worker and devoted performer of the Arts. Â His experience includes performing at the Edinburgh Fringe festival, working with the NoFitState Circus on community programmes and touring with music ensembles nationally.
Alex qualified from Bishop Grosseteste University with a BA (hons) in Drama in the Community and has developed and facilitated numerous arts programmes for community groups and education.

James Bastow: Director
James' varied experience includes working in the UK and internationally with jazz, rock and pop ensembles, in theatre, circus performance and community music programmes.
James attended Boston College and studied Popular Music, Music Technology and Music Theory. Â He has been an accomplished musician and performer for many years and has organised shows, events and workshops in Music, Circus and Drama for people of all ages.
