Jestival does everything possible to protect visitor and client privacy and to ensure the security of all information and data. We will never give or sell your details to a third party except where are obliged to by law (see the section on Confidentiality, below) This section of the site explains how we use your information.

Visitor and Client Information

Jestival may collect information about you for a number of reason, including:

Once we have this information, we will be able to answer your enquiries and tailor our service to meet your needs.

The information Jestival holds will be accurate and up to date. You can assist in doing this by informing us of any changes to your personal information.  If you are a registered user on the website you can update some of your details after logging in by following a link on the User Menu. You can also check the information that is held about you by emailing Jestival via the Contact Form. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or correct it promptly.

Jestival is constantly developing the site to make navigation as easy as possible for all visitors, and one part of this requires monitoring the way the site is used.
